I'm not usually the one to write bad reviews, but this one I really had to.
It seems like a good machine from a well-known brand, but this product is total crap. Initially, I thought it was only the machine I bought that was defective, but after replacing it twice under warranty, I realized that the product was indeed crap.
Initial purchase of this item: After 3 months of normal use, the machine stopped working properly after completing the descaling process using Keurig's solution and following Keurig's instructions. The issue was that the machine couldn't dispense the exact amount of water when selecting the cup size (on the drip side) and the ounces (on the single cup side). For example, whichever amount I chose, it only dispensed half. I then called Keurig's support, and after troubleshooting the machine over the phone, the support agent decided to send me a replacement right away.
Replacement #1: The exact same situation occurred for the second time after a few months of normal usage. I received another replacement over the phone with a Keurig support agent.
Replacement #2: After approximately 6 months of normal usage, with proper descaling every 3 months, the water doesn't drip as it should on the drip side, resulting in coffee that tastes like water. I tried descaling it again and checked for blocked holes, but found none. It seems like there's not enough water pressure to cover the entire coffee surface in the basket, so water comes out so slowly that it only covers a small spot in the middle of the basket instead of the entire coffee surface.
In conclusion, THREE DIFFERENT KEURIG K-DUO MACHINES LASTED LESS THAN A YEAR IN TOTAL, AVERAGING A 4-MONTH LIFESPAN FOR A SINGLE MACHINE. I decided to buy a new machine from another brand, and I'm certainly not going back to Keurig ever again.
Stay away from this product.
