Can I record from USB to cassette?
Yes! Due to popular demand, we added USB-to-cassette recording to the RETRO-39. Now you can easily record MP3 files from a USB drive directly onto cassette tape. You can also record from cassette, Bluetooth, FM Radio, MIC, or Line-in to USB.
My recorder is eating tapes, what should I do?
Ensure tapes are intact; clean the heads. If issues persist, contact support.
Are batteries or an AC adapter included?
Batteries not included. Some models come with an AC adapter; check the package.
The buttons are hard to press, any advice?
Clean around buttons with a soft cloth. If still stuck, contact support.
Can I connect to a computer or phone?
No, the USB is only for flash drives and can’t connect to computers or phones. Bluetooth pairs with smartphones and computers to receive audio.
